The Company:
Our client is a well established sales orientated retailer with stores totalling in the hundreds. They target the middle of the market with their product range, ensuring a wide target audience and a higher footfall in their stores.

Job Role - Area Manager - Leading Retailer:
As Area Manager your key responsibilities will include:
To monitor sales performance of all stores and staff under their control.
To identify opportunities to increase sales opportunities within each store.
Produce Information relating to sales performance of the area and stores.
Develop and improve underperforming staff and managers.
Monitor the costs of sales in their respective areas and by individual stores using margin performance.
Ensure strong visual standards across the stores in-line with company expectations.
Ensure the company promotional! activity has been accurately implemented.
Develop Model S! tore for the Region.
Manage performance reviews for the management and sales population.
Ensure a strong level of customer service across the region. Key Attributes - Area Manager - Leading Retailer:

As Area Manager you must have:
Product knowledge and range awareness.
People management and social skills.
Understanding the company disciplinary procedures.
Strong planning and time management.
People management and social skills.
