• Analogue and Digital Electronic Design Engineer

Our client is currently working on a major upgrade project for complex safety critical instrumentation used on Nuclear power plants. We! are seeking X2 Electronics Engineer (Analogue and Digital) / Electronic Design Engineers to work on refurb / replacement projects upgrading obsolete analogue systems and working on the next generation of Nuclear control systems.

THE CANDIDATE
X2 Electronics Engineer - Analogue and Digital Electronic Design Engineer

• Extensive experience in electronic equipment design or maintenance and ideally in a safety related / highly regulated industry
• Analogue and Digital Electronics design experience
• Technical Qualifications in Electrical / Electronic / Control and Instrumentation design
• Experience analysing Electronics obsolete / legacy / obsolescence issues and proposing replacement ! to continue safe and reliable operation would be ideal, but no! t essential

THE ROLE
X2 Electronics Engineer - Analogue and Digital Electronic Design Engineer

• The role will be to analyse current obsolescent / legacy / obsolete Analogue Electronics Instrumentation and Control (I&C) equipment and proposing new and innovative solutions to enable the equipment to continue to safely and reliably operate for the life of the systems.
• The Electronics Engineer (Analogue and Digital) will be responsible for detailed analysis of electronic equipment to establish replacement or refurbishment
