My client, a leading provider of training and education across the SW of England seeks to engage the services of an experienced Admi! nistrator into this permanent full time position.
The key areas of responsibility include the following: To process training claims and certificates , resolve queries and errors promptly and act as a Champion of adherence to quality standards and compliance.

The following requirement are essential:
Established experience of working in a training administrative role
English, Maths and IT Skills at Level 2
E-mail systems, MS Word, Excel at experienced level
Understanding of basic health and safety, safeguarding and equality and diversity
Good communication skills, both face to face and in writing and experience in dealing with people at all levels
Able to use own initiative and work without close supervision
Maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times
Good experience and understanding of ACE and awarding organisations delivery programmes and software
Salary on offer is £14000 pa
