My Client, one of the leading Domiciliary Company's is looking to recruit a full time optometrist, part time may also be considered, this i! s a Monday to Friday role ( no weekends required ). You will be visiting Nursing and Care Homes within Bournemouth and surrounding areas, carrying out a full clinical test. Testing is mainly undertaken in postcode areas DT/SP/SO/PO/BH and occasionally in TA/EX/BA postal areas.
You must possess excellent clinical skills, have a sympathetic approach and empathy as most patients are elderly and infirm and some suffer from dementia. You will be assisted at all times by an experienced Optical Assistant or Qualified Dispensing Optician. My Client is offering an excellent salary plus a fully expensed company car or a generous car allowance if you prefer, and good bonus potential.
