Our fast-growing client is currently seeking a Head of Finance to join a dynamic and collaborative team in Bournemouth..
The Role
You responsibilities will include, but not be lim! ited to:
To provide analysis on management information.
Provide sound financial advice and accurate timely management information to enable decisions to be made to increase the company's profitability and achieve its financial plans.
To handle the day to day management of the Finance staff
To prepare the summary financial and statistical reports (weekly, monthly, annually, and ad hoc)
Work with the finance and commercial teams to promote strategic aims of the organisation, deliver improved performance and management information and support corporate goals.
Facilitate clear balance sheet control and management reporting of direct costs
Adopt best practice and drive improvements in process and procedures
Provide required weekly and financial reporting including the review of earnings with business leads to ensure anomalies are addressed before management accounts are issued.
Completing the annual ! budgeting process to ensure that deadlines are achieved.
Support transformation project with implementing process improvements as and when required.
Maintaining effective working relationships with key colleagues across the business
This role would either suit an ambitious candidate looking to make a progressive move, or a highly experienced candidate who seeks a hands on approach.

A history of private sector experience is highly sought after, but any experience of public sector accounting would be a serious advantage!
As the right candidate you will be qualified (ACA/CIMA/ACCA) With your confident, solution oriented approach you must be able to demonstrate your ability to challenge assumptions and operate with a detail and deadline focused approach and simultaneously display a talent fo! r analysis and the ability to communicate effectively.
Salary & Benefits
The annual salary is £45,000 - £60,000 + benefits
