Key Accountabilities Include:
Support the Pharmacy Manager in the achievement of NHS items, OTC sales, Professional Services Income and cost control targets within the pharmacy to deliver FTB profit target
Coach Pharmacy Teams to drive all aspects of operational compli! ance through adherence with Standard operating material and th! e application of Delivering Operational Excellence including Pharmacy operational diaries and What the Customer Sees.
Coach and lead the pharmacy team to maximise the customer service experience in Pharmacy by utilising the Bestcare framework
