Assistant CookPart time/Job Share 13 hours per weekFTE £15,500 - £16,750 (37.5hrs)BournemouthAbout the roleWe are looking for an experienced Assistant Cook to job share in one of Bournemouth’s Day Care Centres. You will work 3 days p! er week (2 days lone working). Hours are worked Thursday and Friday 5 hours each day and Tuesday for 3 hours working with cook in charge. You will be responsible for producing the seasonal meal of the day, covering the duty cook’s days off ensuring that the meal meets the varied needs of the service users plus ensuring the requirements of the Borough’s and Mouchels catering policy are met.
Should the need arise, you may also provide a “cook to order' breakfast to clients and office staff based at the centre. Other duties include receiving provisions and assist with stock control, ensuring kitchen records are maintained and that all HACCP and COSHH controls are followed. There will opportunities to assist at other centres covering sickness or annual leave
