To deliver a first class service to existing and/or prospective clients or agents as allocated to you, including! but not limited to: -
- Identifying and advising on the insurances they require
- Obtaining quotations to meet their demands and needs
- Arranging and administering policies
- Managing their day-to-day service requirements post-sale
Financial
- To maximise income by achieving high levels of renewal retention and/or new business conversion, and identifying and closing additional sales opportunities for extra insurance covers or services we provide that the client needs.
- To seek and identify new opportunities or gaps in the market for new products and services we could develop.
- To action all work promptly, ensuring it is completed within the team service standards or as otherwise agreed for the client or agent.
- To ensure all work is completed to the required standard, including contact with the client by whatever co! mmunication means is best for the client.
- To create sustainable, profitable relationships with the clients and agents for which you are responsible.
- To maintain good working relationships with insurers and other service suppliers on whom we rely or with whom we transact business.
- To ensure business is transacted in accordance with all regulatory requirements and principles, legal requirements, company rules and procedures and industry best practice.
- To ensure all business is transacted in accordance with any rules and guidelines provided to us by the insurers with which we transact business.
- To maintain accurate records in accordance with procedures of all communications and transactions.
- Ensure the business Core Values of Positive, Ownership and Professionalism are adhered to at all times in your conduct with clients, insurers, colleagues and other s! uppliers of services to us.
- To ensure good working relationships with your colleagues, providing help if required, and contributing to creating a great team spirit committed to providing great service to our clients.
- Continuously improve your own knowledge of both insurance and the property industry to ensure it is up to date.
- To manage your own personal development, maintaining professional competency, and ensuring your Continued Professional Development is up to date.
- Any other task that may be reasonably required based on your skills and experience.
SALARY RANGE: Salary £16,000 - £18,000 with a 20% annual bonus (10% individual and 10% company prp)
ESSENTIAL SKILLS: Some Insurance/ and or Financial experience, administration, customer services and sales.
